Alert Alert:

The EPPP Credential Manager system is currently offline. Our vendor, Pearson VUE, is working to restore service.

If you are interested in registering for the EPPP or the PEPPP:

The authorization process is managed in EPPP Credential Manager. If you have not already received authorization to test from Pearson VUE, you will not be able to schedule your exam until the system is brought back online and you have completed the candidate acknowledgement statement and the ASPPB registration for the EPPP.

If you have already received your authorization to test from Pearson VUE, you will be able to schedule your test via the Pearson VUE website at: or via their call center at 800-513-6910. You will need your ASPPB ID number when you call them.

If the EPPP Credential Manager system is still offline when you test, or if you have taken the EPPP since November 13, your exam results will be held on a SFTP site until they are imported back into the EPPP Credential Manager. They will be reported to your licensing board within 10 business days once the system is restored.
